Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP subcontractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
- Review MEP drawings and identify discrepancies between MEP consultants, designers and client provision.
- Liaise with MEP consultants.
- Preparing and analyzing M&E contract documents and sub contractors quotation.
- Perform costing and budgeting for MEP package / tender.
- To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activities
- Manage and monitor MEP subcontractors site works installation progress, attending project meetings, liaising with clients and consultants
- Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others
- To make pro-active response on site problems and resolved immediately with the Project team
- In-charge of MEP services T&C and to ensure all aspect of QA and QC matters
- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building / M&E Coordination
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out works or construction field is required
- Able to work independently with good communication skills
