Operations Executive
The Operations Executive reports to the Admin/Ops Manager. He/She leads a team of Operations Assistants and assists the Admin/Ops Manager:
To be the interface between the centre and the outsourced with regard to all operational matters of the centre.
To oversee and manage the centre's health and safety, and security policies and measures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operations
a. To attend to all security, health and safety, and safeguarding related incidents in the centre.
b. Coordinate and communicate with internal support functions such as IT, HR and Finance.
c. Deliver consistently good customer service including inquiries, and complaints at all times.
d. Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
e. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
2. Health and Safety
a. To be conversant with the centre's Health and Safety policy.
b. To conduct periodic checks/inspection on the centre environment and/or facilities in order to provide timely feedback and rectificaion of issues derived from the checks/inspection.
c. To work closely with the Facilities team to rectify issues that impact the health and safety of students and staff.
d. To assist in reviewing the centre's safety system periodically.
e. Any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in operations related fields of work. Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage.
- Minimum of Diploma Certificate, or equivalent certification in operations related courses.
- Have experience in managing and leading an operations team.
- Good leadership and command and control. Possession of strong management skills is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
- Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative.
- Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ IT Skills is essential.

Sat & Sun: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Lunch Break on all working days: 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Weekly Off : Friday
