Responsibilities
- Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
- Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
- Execute projects according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget
- Manage sub-contractors performance
- Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors and project team
- Monitor material and equipment usage
- Attend meeting with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Preparation of progress reports
- Resolve on-site contractual issues with good documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-8 years working experience in project management.
- Possess all safety compliance certification
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good leadership skills and able to lead a team
- Positive attitude and able to meet deadlines
