- Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of the assigned store.
- Oversee a team of junior managers.
- Responsible for leading team members to achieve sales objectives, service excellence, and operational compliance.
- Promote teamwork and coach team members in daily work performance and career development.
- Collaborate closely with Field Consultant / Area Manager to achieve business goals.
- Allocate team member duties in accordance with operational requirements.
- Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer feedback and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, and cash control of the store.
- Analyse stores financials from sales reports and recommend areas of improvement.
- Ensure store cleanliness, food hygiene, and equipment maintenance according to quality assurance and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure store and team member compliance with prevailing Company and government regulations.
Requirements
6-day work week and no fix off day.
Rotating Shifts (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am).
Able to work weekends and public holiday.
Able to squat and carry items up to 10kg.
