Responsibilities:
- Champion Our Mission: Drive the store's sales targets and individual sales goals while embodying Sandbar Swimwear's commitment to sustainability and quality.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all clients, upholding our brand's service values and managing customer relationships with professionalism and care.
- Visual Merchandising Excellence: Maintain the highest standard of store presentation and visual merchandising that reflects our brand's ethos and appeal.
- Sales and Service Leadership: Ensure an engaging customer experience, leading by example in sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Management and Development: Manage staffing levels to meet business needs, provide ongoing feedback to associates, and develop a strong, cohesive management team.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold and enhance brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
- Sales Goals Alignment: Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales goals and align team behaviors to achieve these objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years in retail sales and 2-4 years in retail management, preferably in swimwear or the environmental industry.
- Availability: Open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in customer engagement, basic merchandising, and visual skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to hire, develop, train, and motivate all levels of associates.
- Communication: High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision and a willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of standing/walking for a full shift, climbing ladders, and lifting a minimum of 10 pounds.
- Age and Language: Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
