- Work with business users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 for Smart Manufacturing
- Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today
- Define business solution and propose project for implementation
- Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams
- Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities
- Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement
Main initial focus of this position will be to support FE-SMAI for HBM3, which includes:
- Deployment of existing FE smart-manufacturing solutions to HBM3 PWF and assembly
- Build integrated FE/BE smart-manufacturing capabilities (eg. efficiently link yield loss between C2-C4 to FE, PWF and assembly processing)
- Coordinate SMAI tactical support on current top HBM3 yield issues across front-end, PWF, assembly and test
