Job Role:

  • Provide quality customer service support to clients by assisting them on their queries
  • Preparation of clients' proposals and collation of data and statistics.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day office operations and guide juniors e.g. intern
  • Administrative support for events and special projects
  • Creation of campaign materials and electronic mailers
  • Other administrative support duties that may arise

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma / 'A' Level graduates
  • Service oriented and enjoys building rapport with clients
  • Proactive and able to multi-task in an organised manner
  • Resourceful, reliable and an independent administrator
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Keen learner, self-driven and task oriented
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to attend to Chinese speaking clients

(Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and working experience)
