Job Role:
- Provide quality customer service support to clients by assisting them on their queries
- Preparation of clients' proposals and collation of data and statistics.
- Manage and execute day-to-day office operations and guide juniors e.g. intern
- Administrative support for events and special projects
- Creation of campaign materials and electronic mailers
- Other administrative support duties that may arise
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma / 'A' Level graduates
- Service oriented and enjoys building rapport with clients
- Proactive and able to multi-task in an organised manner
- Resourceful, reliable and an independent administrator
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Keen learner, self-driven and task oriented
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite
- Proficient in English and Chinese to attend to Chinese speaking clients
