Responsibilities
1. Handle Sales Enquiries
Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
Provide space planning and interior ideas and suggestions
Provide quotation base on proposed design
2. Project Coordination
Arrange and schedule the respective parties involve in the project to ensure smooth coordination
3. Site Supervision
Ensure the timeline and proposed designs are met
Work closely with sub contractors and suppliers to deliver quality project completion
Requirements
Proficiency in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients to understand their project requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in AutoCAD, sketchup and Photoshop (Preferred)
Design or Sales background is preferred
Good Working attitude

Average staffs are earning SGD $3000- $6000 per month
