Responsibilities :
- Drives warehouse operations through 2 teams of staff; material handling, customer service and records keeping.
- Ensures that receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations are well coordinated and progressed as planned.
- In-charge safeguards warehouse operations
- Manages inventory accuracy
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse & open yard by planning and implementing new design layouts
- Achieves financial objectives by submission of billing instructions & verification of claims & costs.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Requirements :
- Experience in warehouse logistics management within 3PL company
- Ability to lead the warehouse operation function
