Job Description:
· Recommend suitable eyewear to customers with relevant product knowledge
· Provide good customer service and handle customers’ queries
· Manage outlet inventory including receiving and stocking of eyewear, barcode tagging, and annual stock take
· Manage sales transactions by processing payment in cash or credit and issue receipts
· Maintain the outlet cleanliness and tidiness at all times
· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager
Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Enthusiastic and friendly with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
· Previous retail experience and familiarity with cash register and POS system will be advantageous
· On-the-job training will be provided
