Job Scope (General):
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Engage in negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports. Work closely with internal teams, providing input on product and marketing strategies.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about product updates and sales techniques through training.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in engineering
- Experience in business development
- Added advantage for candidate with own vehicle (not a mandatory requirement)
