- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, including large retail chains, department stores, and specialty retailers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies to attain sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction, as well as providing product brief and training to the client's staff.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data, market trends, and competitor activity, and use this information to identify potential growth areas and opportunities while also detecting possible threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and delivery.
- Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and mall roadshows to promote our products.
Job Requirements:
- ‘O’ level with 2 Years of Experience.
- $3000 Basic salary + Commission + Allowance.
- Positive disposition with strong passion working in retail industry and prepared to work during retail hours.
- Business-minded, dynamics, creative and resourceful.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
