· Air-Conditioning Works (Direct End-User) (Not construction Firm)
· Position Title: Customer Service Officer
· Working Location: Paya Ubi
· Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturday)
· Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,400 - $2,800 + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
· Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
· Managing of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
· Prepare of quotation / contracts
· Coordinate technician Schedule & Customer Appointment (CRM systems)
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
