Responsibilities
Sales technical support
Assist in preparation of Sales Tender and quotations (ie, Technical specifications, spare parts price list, preventive maintenance price list, checklist, etc)
After-Sales Technical Support
Perform installation and commissioning
Provide application and technical training to customers
Warranty claim
Perform preventive maintenance/calibration and repair (in-house/on-site)
Prepare quotation for repair to customers
Submit necessary documents for invoicing
Source for necessary tools and equipment’s for department
Send calibration tools and equipment’s for yearly certification
Promote sales of preventive maintenance contract to customers
Ensure demo/loan equipment’s are in working condition
Requirements
The ideal candidate should minimally possess an ITE/ ITE Certificate with basic understanding of electrical and engineering principles. You will be able to think analytically, work independently and safely without supervision. Possessing good written and verbal communication skills, you are able to stay focused and show resilience and leadership in all situations. Basic IT networking skills would be preferrable.
