Job Scope:
- Monitor and analyze material fulfillment in factories.
- Identify inventory aging with action plan in handling the item.
- Evaluate and suggest procurement strategies for long lead time materials.
- Collaborate with Procurement for efficient PO release.
- Coordinate global procurement of raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with shipping terms and storage protocols.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Facilitate purchasing from suppliers on behalf of the company based on factory priorities.
- Manage supplier schedules and oversee PO processes.
- Organize and track shipments from storage to the final destination.
- Monitor factory order/forecast demand and oversee inventory levels.
- Review and report on inventory projections.
- Supervise materials purchasing fulfillment.
- Foster relationships with relevant partners and address material-related issues.
- Make recommendations for enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare management reports and handle special projects as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Supply Chain/Business
- Good knowledge & work experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledgeable & Experience in using Pivot Table & Vlookup
- Added advantage with skills in POWERBI
- Ability to manage vendors on supply chain matter
- Required analytical skills for material planning
