Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule plant activity, manpower and budget.
- Coordinate activities between sites/ departments.
- Set up plant processes that meets local statutory and HSE requirements.
- Planification, dismantling and transportation of TBM
- In-charge of STP and site set-up.
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
- Coordination with temporary and permanent works design
- Develops forecast and monitors performance against forecast
- Implements appropriate corporate policies and procedures among stakeholders
- Provide necessary guidance, direction and support to the maintenance team
Job Requirements:
- Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 8 years of supervising plant activities and setting up of plant processes.
- Experience with Slurry technic tunnel boring machine.
- Experience with Slurry treatment Plant management.
- Experience with tunnel by Drill and blast technic.
- Perform in key areas of health and safety, environment and quality
- Definition, sourcing and design review preparatory works for TBM launching and tunnel excavation
- Direct and coordinates equipment assembly, dismantling and relocation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
