1. Responsible for collecting, receiving, technical support and quality improvement of product problems;
2. Responsible for statistical analysis of product after-sales data, identification of batch risks and improvement of parts that need to be optimized;
3. Responsible for Initial Quality Survey (IQS) data analysis;
4. Responsible for organizing overseas after-sales problem research.
