Job Description as follows:

1) Handle customer service calls inclusive of emails enquires etcs.

2) General administrative tasks not limited to filings of contracts and documents

3) Coordinate customer service schedules with internal operation team

4) Handle invoice billings as well as updatings and upkeep of customers' records



Requirements as follow:-

1) Experienced in customer service

2) Knowledge of microsoft office

3) Min Secondary education
