Job Description
- Position: Shipping Assistant
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working Location: Tuas
- Island Wide Company Transport Provided
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Medical and Dental Insurance Provided

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle cargo documentation, invoices, and shipment.
- To perform import verification and updating and submission shipping document to agent for clearance.
- Handle shipment operation including preparation of shipping documents using in-house system and coordinate with Carrier/Forwarder for shipment arrangement.
- Handle FTA operation.
- Work closely with store on readiness of materials and SBM on customer order request.
- Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
- To perform vendor invoices posting using in-house system.
- Ensure traffic objectives are achieved accordingly.
- Coordinate and prepare month end closing operation for inventory, procurement, and sale.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “N” Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Possessed good IT knowledge e.g., MS skill and interpersonal skill.
