Job Scope:
- Prepare preventive/corrective maintenance schedule for contractors
- Provide the building technical expertise and support day-to-day building maintenance and operations
- Handle vendors and ensure breakdown & feedbacks are resolved in a timely & effective manner
- Check on vendor works, sign service report and follow up on preventive/corrective maintenance
- Conduct periodic inspection on the system functionality, performance and abnormalities.
- Check M&E services during handing over and taking over of units
- Support tenancy fit-out and sub-division works
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience
- Able to perform shift work
