Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating cost calculation including complicated turnkey projects
- Prepare and submit competitive proposal/ accurate invoice
- Follow up customers to ensure prompt payment.
- Assist in the preparation & implementation of annual sales forecast.
- Experience in preparing the tender bidding documents, pricing strategy and sales strategy
- Proficient in negotiating with Customers and Vendors on scope, terms and conditions and price
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Participate in LTSA development
20%
- Prepare and demonstrate service presentation to prospect customers.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and company.
- Answer technical questions and provide advice through Engineers’ support.
- Good technical knowledge of the equipment
15%
- Monitor/coordinate/report sales, proposal, project status and delivered products status
- Assist customers for any failures arise after products and services installing or in use
- Report activities and feedback any claim or suggest by customer to superior.
- Support all commercial issues related to Service Business
- Support the Project Team for project and service execution, work on business processes/operation and collaborate with other business teams

- Stays abreast of the latest purchasing needs/after-sales customer needs.
- Study competitor’s trend of technology in power business.
- Identification of target market (customer & products).
- Good analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Able to propose and tailor solution based on the latest market trend and demand
5%
- Become proficient at using available business tools, propose improvements and guide team members in how to best use create accurate quotations in reduced time.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of working experience including 3-5 years of sales/sales support experience in power plants or industrial plants equipment is preferable.
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering, technical or business field.
- Experience in sales/sales support technique and negotiating skills is an advantage
- Independent, resourceful, self-driven team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations and Incoterms
- Knowledge of site work condition.
- Knowledge of new MS Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
