Job Description:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with frontline and operations staff.
- Follow standard operating procedures and policies set by the Company.
- Ensure overall quality and/or food safety management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices inclusive of but not limited to administrative support (documentation), coordination work, meeting minutes.
- Perform on-site food safety or brands hygiene inspection/monitoring
- Provision of quality and/or food safety trainings and development of training materials.
- Address food safety concerns with timely updates to Supervisor and/or Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science / Food Science & Technology related subjects.
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in food safety in coffeeshops, food courts or restaurants.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required as candidate will be required to communicate with PRC tenants and employees.
- Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, planning skills, time management skills.
- Ability to innovate work processes and/or procedures.
