Job Description
- Identify high-potential accounts, converting them to our application as merchants and partners.
- Generate targeted sales revenue from merchants, brand partners, users’ purchases.
- Review campaign performance, provide in-depth analysis and key recommendations to improve and optimize performance to drive growth, and provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term solution selling.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across digital channels and all relevant platforms.
- Leverage quantitative, qualitative analysis to identify users’ trends and recommends creative solutions (marketing, aesthetics & functionality) to drive user acquisition, loyalty, in-app revenue including the aesthetics and functionality.
- Manage digital platforms and makes improvements to the design of our mobile application and usability for users.
- Measure performance of digital marketing using web analytic tools
- Monitor and report on effectiveness and return of investment of marketing communications and campaigns proactively.
- Oversee day-to-day implementation, operations and analysis of customers and partners marketing campaign.
- Assess campaign effectiveness and generates data-driven commercial insights for stakeholders.
- Implement communication and public relations activities for digital marketing.
- Leverage analytics to plan, exercise and iterate online marketing and optimization campaigns.
- Research on current trends, work with agencies on social media campaigns and proactively recommend digital media opportunities.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Prepare yearly marketing budget and ensure events and marketing activities plan are within budget
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in Marketing/E-Commerce Management/Business Administration (Digital Marketing)/ Mass Communications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales acquisition/revenue generation for mobile application and web application platforms
- Experience in digital marketing and mobile application platform
- Knowledge of digital advertising methods or worked with digital marketing agencies
- Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and bests practices in e-commerce
- Good knowledge of consumer marketing distribution channel development
- Strong background in digital marketing mediums and website analytics
- Track record of delivering against targets on a quarterly basis
- Possess with good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a team collaboration
- Able to start short-notice/immediately
