Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of warehouse personnel on day-to-day warehouse operations
- Develop and manage company operational policies, standards and procedures within warehouse
- Coordinate business strategies across various business activities
- Ensure compliance of the company standards and policies
- Develop and implement plans for mitigating risk
- Overseeing workplace safety issues and ensure company follow respective regulations and standards
- Oversee transportation management and inventory distribution operations
- Ensure customers’ orders able to shipped out and arrived on time to maintain customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement warehouse improvement system and solutions for better productivity and efficiency
- Create and execute cost savings plans
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent
- At least 5 - 8 years of warehouse/ logistics operation experience, with supervisory experience
- Prior experience and knowledge in using WMS and SAP will be an added advantage
