Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain high-level relationships with clients with a clear understanding of the client’s organization, key decision makers, global/regional sourcing and distribution strategies to develop strategic alliances and proactive advisory services related to the supply chain, sourcing, and brand management
  • Evaluate client operations, implement process improvements, and identify new business opportunities regionally
  • Forecast and monitor client sales, prepare monthly sales report, and participate in monthly and quarterly account reviews
  • Manage price negotiation, discounts, contracts, RFP’s etc.
  • Work with regional BD and S&M teams, Business Lines and regional operations teams to forecast the geographical location of current & future needs of our clients
  • Manage reporting processes using accurate and complete sales data. Analysis includes scheduled reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and developing actionable insights
  • Driving leads generation through sales and marketing activities and campaigns
  • Conducting market research and developing initiatives for business development as well as creating marketing and promotional materials to support the initiatives
  • Developing and expanding the D2C ecommerce and online shopping platform business
  • Liaising with external organizations in co-hosting various public events and seminars to position the company strategically
  • Collect, monitor and disseminate data on market trends and customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree holder
  • 3 years’ sales and marketing related experience in B2B environment, including client relationship, key account, or project management experience
  • Ability to manage relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to meet their needs and maximize business opportunities
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a problem solver, with a keen eye in finding solutions
  • Experienced user of D2C ecommerce and online shopping platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective in networking and internal collaboration with a diverse and regional team
  • Attention to details and capable in working in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
  • Confident, self-motivated, independent, with good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese to manage clients of such profiles
