Responsibilities
- Review and recommend areas of improvements to the operational processes and procedures and electronic procurement portal.
- Review and recommend areas of improvements to the information organisation, information flow, and ease of use of information for the users.
- Update relevant documentation and message content where necessary.
- Identify and review outdated or irrelevant portal message content and recommend relevant portal content.
- Co-ordinate with and gather requirements from different teams to ensure accurate and complete information for the users.
- Perform any other required tasks assigned by the management to support operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge in business domain knowledge in government procurement, GeBIZ portal and the portal operations.
- Ability to work with different teams, gather and analyse requirements and recommend areas of improvement independently.
Working knowledge in the following areas:
- Singapore Government procurement guidelines, use of Government electronic Business Portal
- Use of Internet Browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox Microsoft Edge/ Internet Explorer etc
- Use of applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Dynamics etc
- Virtual Assistant Tools
- HTML programming
- Good communication skills through verbal and written presentation in the English language.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive work attitude.
