What you will be doing
- Build, manage and execute to an overarching change management plan for the project
- High level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex global issues
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of change management of major organisational reform within a large complex organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management.
- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectivesConduct change analysis and change impact assessments Workshops using Change Methodologies
Ability to contribute to (review/update) or develop new process flow documentation - Training Experience:Undertake Training needs analysis and develop learning strategy to uplift capability and build learning content and materials/resources
Experience developing training materials, training plans and delivery of training - Communications experience:Ability to develop engaging communications and artefacts to support successful implementation of the project
