- Manage the order taking procedure and support logistics coordination, communicating with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders and the importers (clients) for all export matters.
- Responsible for completing and ensuring compliance with the full set of regulatory documentation process for international shipments.
- Arrange packaging and documentation in alignment with specific country requirements.
- Monitor and update shipment status to the importers (clients).
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or related fields.
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping industry.
- Possess good knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation, such as letter of credit.
- Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP.
- Possess strong communication and time management skills.
