Position Title: SPA and Recreation Club Operations Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the SPA and Recreation Club Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa and recreation facilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:Oversee the overall operations of the spa and recreation club, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
- Staff Management:Recruit, train, and manage staff, including spa therapists, fitness instructors, and support staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training as needed.
- Customer Experience:Ensure an exceptional and personalized experience for club members and guests.
Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance:Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all spa and recreation facilities.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance activities.
- Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for spa and recreation club operations.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Promotions and Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new members.
Participate in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of spa and recreation club operations.
Implement and enforce hygiene standards and protocols.
- Event Planning:Plan and organize special events, fitness classes, and promotions to engage club members.
Collaborate with event coordinators to execute successful events.
- Inventory Management:Manage inventory levels for spa products, fitness equipment, and other consumables.
Implement effective inventory control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in spa and recreation club management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
