Role & Responsibilities:
- IT project management which includes:
- developing project plans according to business requirements
- identifying risks and implement mitigation / solutions
- ensuring projects progress to meet agreed schedules and costs
- plan and conduct UAT to ensure quality of project deliverables
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manages the implementation and adoption of new technology solutions, driving successful integration with existing systems and processes
- Perform or oversee system patches, security upgrades and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and protect against IT security threats
- Conduct IT audits on system administration, operations and processes, and to propose as well as deliver solutions based on the audits
- Plan and conduct routine reviews on system security logs, user access and deliver management reports on IT security
- Provide technical support to user for troubleshooting IT application issues
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 2 years experience in IT project management for IT system, including delivery, support and maintenance
- Effective communication abilities and a rapid grasp of business requirements
- Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage
- Familiarity in software development projects involving PHP, React and .NET is an advantage
