Job Description
- Assist in mending agent enquiry mailbox for campaigns-related questions
- Requisition of digital points/vouchers/promo codes and uploading to customers’ app portal
- Liaise with printing vendor on marketing collaterals, mail merging of data for customer letters etc
- Consolidating campaign redemption files for reporting
- Perform customer fulfilment data checking and payment to vendor
- Perform other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel
- Tertiary education with some experience in Insurance industry, Customer Service or Marketing preferred
