- Managing all project related documentations.
- Able to perform administrative duties (for e.g. filing, creating, duplicating, etc).
- Collating and maintaining the database.
- All incoming and outgoing details (e.g. email correspondences, drawings, documents and reports, etc) are checked and well organized.
- Reviewing documentations with good accuracy and conformity.
- Ensure delivery and receipt of all documents meets tight deadlines and given to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly.
- Generate various document control reports as and when required.
- Communicate and liaising with the client, supporting all the teams with the required information.
- Other duties as assigned.
