The Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO) APAC is looking for a Communications, Branding and Content Manager who will:
• raise GOTO Brand Awareness through strategizing and leading the creative team to deliver on agreed initiatives and ensure continuous improvement
• deliver engaging content and measure its effectiveness. Collate and publish the regional view for people and culture initiatives
• enhance brand value through data driven analysis, trending feedback cycles and develop initiatives for continuous improvement
• be responsible for the development of the team using a coaching approach to mentor, train and develop
• activate key influencers, educate global teams and relentlessly promote GOTO APAC both internally and externally
Your team
GOTO in APAC is a 2500+ strong diverse workforce present in 12 locations that require clear and concise information to allow them to understand the GOTO brand and adapt to any changes expected of them.
You will be located in Singapore, managing the GOTO APAC Communication, Branding and Content team. Depending on the topic and the need, we drive strategic initiatives, coordinate regional projects whilst seeking alignment with our global stakeholders.
Your expertise
• experience in brand marketing and/or communications team management roles
• strong understanding in managing content creation for use across a range of communications channels / countries
• experience in writing interesting and accurate articles from a variety of sources e.g. people and culture initiatives
• internal communications experience is highly desirable
• demonstrated skill in data driven analytics to target areas for focus / improvement
• excellent organizational, problem solving skills in a fast and agile environment
• ability to communicate and influence all levels of management in a clear, concise manner
