Job Description:
- Drive assigned area/stores sales and profitability, proactively analyze the performance monitor business metrics such as sales, average purchase, productivity, etc
- Propose and implement in-store strategy and improvement actions, and lead team to achieve monthly sales target
- Ensure that store administration duties are completed under Goelia's business operation company standard
- Arrange in-store display according to company standards
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards are achieved and maintained by sales associates
- Ensure goods are managed according to standards
- Responsible for daily operaitons such as inventory delivery, repleshment, and cash
- Ensure timely and accurate sales records and be responsible for store accounts
- Ensure the development of staff potential by leading team trainings and motivating the team
- Ensure a healthy staff retention rate by managing team members' performance, work schedules and turnover
