Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- To handle the recruitment and selection process.
- Responsible for foreign workers' work passes which includes new application, renewal and cancellation process.
- Maintain employee personal files – both hardcopies and softcopies.
- Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accuracy of data – new hires, changes in movement and exits.
- Prepare HR related letters such as employment contract, salary increment and promotion letters.
- Coordinate logistics for new hires and exits.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Singaporean only
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry preferably.
- Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised, detail-oriented and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage.
