Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • To handle the recruitment and selection process.
  • Responsible for foreign workers' work passes which includes new application, renewal and cancellation process.
  • Maintain employee personal files – both hardcopies and softcopies.
  • Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accuracy of data – new hires, changes in movement and exits.
  • Prepare HR related letters such as employment contract, salary increment and promotion letters.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hires and exits.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

  • Singaporean only
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry preferably.
  • Good knowledge in local employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organised, detail-oriented and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Times Software would be an added advantage.
