To fulfill this role, the individual will need to:
- Perform business development activities and expand new/existing client base.
- Generate interest to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities through alternate channels or business ideas to generate more sales with the team.
- Proper qualifications of opportunities and manage engagements either individually or as a team.
- Be responsible for managing all in-bound sales leads and requirements for consulting services.
- Ability to advise clients on their technical requirements which translates it into business outcome for the business.
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and initial planning of engagements.
- Maintain positive client rapport and relationship.
- Work alongside with the Client Success Managers/ Project Managers to ensure post-sales planning and handover are in order.
- Ability to work under pressure and timeline to meet client requirements. Prioritization will be essential for this role.
- Kept abreast on the industry and competitors’ trend to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Cyber/ Business or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 1- 2 years Cyber Security/ IT related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
