Job Descriptions
- Oversee the relationship with outsourced vendor, ensuring they meet agreed-upon service levels and deliverables.
- Monitor and ensure the delivery of high-quality services, aligning with established standards and objectives.
- Streamline processes and workflows within the operations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and complex issues, driving timely and effective resolution.
- Work with vendor to generate performance reports and conduct trend analysis to identify areas for improvement and proactive service enhancement.
- Assist in the management of the budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of service processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Ensure the vendor complies with contract terms & conditions, and manage contract negotiations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to align operations with broader IT and organizational goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the service delivery, implementing best practices and enhancing service efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean can apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource field or equivalent.
- Experience in service delivery operations and vendor management.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for service management is advantageous.
