Recruitment Manager - Ning
Our client is an established government-linked cause-driven organization.
The incumbent will take the lead to develop and drive programmes and initiatives in the areas such as employer branding, green harvesting, business partnering etc, with an aim to position the company as an employer of choice and build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and strengthen employer value proposition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure that company gets fair share of talent to advance good cause of their business activities. This may include but not be limited to utilising social media, professional networks and other alternative channels in sourcing for talents
- Develop and oversee the implementation of green harvesting programmes
- Account-manage programme partners to ensure successful outreach and take-up of programmes
- Work closely with Business Partner on matters relating to implementing effective strategies in attracting talents
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in HR/Recruitment, ideally with experience leading a team in talent attraction strategy
- Strong knowledge of regulations such as TAFEP, employment laws, HR practices and related policies
- Good appreciation of current and future trends that may impact recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions and partnering in complex business environment
- Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Drive to innovate and do things differently and the ability to handle multi-projects
