- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organization to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
- Manage, prioritize and close talent searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics and understand how to prioritize to hit the expected targets
- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
- Provide a great candidate experience
- Involve in all recruitment-related activities for internships, fresh graduates and experience hiring
Requirements:
- Qualifications- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently or with team, multitask and prioritize.
