My client is a listed company in Singapore is hiring multiple Assistant Manager, Facility to join them.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of the building to ensure it remains in satisfactory and serviceable condition. Take necessary actions for rectifications or provide recommendations to the Management as needed.
  • Perform various work functions including security management, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, irrigation systems, lifting systems, car park systems, building defects and repairs, and oversee fire and safety matters.
  • Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities within the building.
  • Ensure regular servicing of building components by term contractors according to the specified schedule and scope of work.
  • Conduct regular on-site checks to ensure compliance with work standards and to prevent illegal activities.
  • Collaborate with the M&E team to coordinate required testing or inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement work.
  • Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the development.
  • Take charge of budget control and preparation for operations and capital expenditures.
  • Communicate and liaise with the public, tenants, and relevant authorities regarding the implementation of improvement works.
  • Assist in contract administration and procurement of goods and services. Manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents, and materials related to the building and contractors.
  • Address walk-in or telephone inquiries, feedback, or complaints and follow up with relevant recommendations or courses of action.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with tenants, addressing their feedback and attending to emergencies after office hours when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Building or Real Estate Management with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in managing a team.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Display a high level of initiative, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Working Day : 5 days
  • Salary : Up to $5k + AWS + VB 1-2 months
