What you’ll be doing:
- Technical Design Validation. Responsibilities include assisting the Programme/Project Manager to validate proposed solution and efforts, ensure users requirement are captured in the solution and propose counter solutions that would be beneficious.
- Review existing processes and deliver continuous improvements to keep pace with policy and business process changes, and implement technology refresh for supporting tools and technologies.
- Ensure that IT solutions are designed to comply with organization’s governance and compliance policies and procedures such as IT management, quality management and IT security.
- Assist the Programme/Project Manager to manage and ensure timely deliverables by the respective system Contractors; ensure deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the programme; identify and manage risk and mitigation strategies; identify, analyse and ensure resolution of issues; manage change control.
- Support enterprise level programmes and initiatives
- Facilitate users in testing and ensure testing is complete and comprehensive.
- Facilitate systems training for users, where applicable.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, or IT equivalent
- Shall have at least 10 years of working experience in information technology, of which at least 4 years of working experience in J2EE or related technology.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM ERPis advantageous.
- Experience in IT audit is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is advantageous.
