Job Summary:
• Basic Salary: $2,000 to $3,000
• Yearly Performance Bonus (up to 2 Months)
• Annual Leave and Paid Sick Leave
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) & Alt. Sat (9am to 12.30pm)

Responsibilities:
• Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers or clients for goods or services rendered.
• Payment Processing: Receive and record payments from customers. Ensure payments are accurately applied to customer accounts.
• Collections: Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices. Send reminders and statements to customers regarding their outstanding balances.
• Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any billing or payment disputes with customers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management.
• Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• HR: Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees. Handle basic HR queries
• Purchasing: Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services. Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
