As a Systems Engineer, Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in propelling WS Audiology into the digital age. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around driving digitalization and automation projects, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, boosting productivity, and ensuring compliance in our operations. What you will do
- End to end Digitalization & Automation project management from conceptualization and requirements to implementation, validation and sustaining
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive action and progress in pivot towards Industry 4.0
- Identify opportunities in manufacturing processes, execute improvement projects, ensure successful integration, improve existing data architecture and derive impactful insights using data analysis techniques
- Develop robust software architecture to build manufacturing SCADA capabilities
- Ensure compliance to Quality standards in all work, including Trials, Validation and Documentation.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Software / Industrial / Mechatronic / Data Science)
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in software applications development, IT networking, Pub / Sub messaging architecture is preferred
- Coding competency required, e.g. Python, Matlab, C#, SQL, R, JavaScript etc
- MS Office knowledge required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with MES. SCADA systems and Manufacturing Equipment Integration will be advantageous
- Web development & Communication protocol knowledge will be a bonus.
Candidate with relevant education background with no relevant work experience are also welcomed to apply as an entry level engineer.
