Assistant IT Project Manager (Permanent)

Job Description:

  • Management of project and be responsible to fulfil contract obligations within timeline, cost and scope
  • Plan, track and implement project schedule accordance to contractual requirements
  • Track project financial to deliver project within allocated budget
  • As a Leader to lead and align assigned project and system engineers towards achieving project objectives
  • Report project status to Project Director and Senior Management
  • Management and communication with project stakeholders
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of subcontractor works to meet contractual specifications
  • Work with procurement counterparts to procure and sub-contract tendering

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Project Management/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in Project Management
  • Able to lead, excel and overcome adversity
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in Project Management and IT Management Systems Deployment
  • Able to understand of System architecture, Database setup, Networking and Windows OS
  • Able to perform work independently and a team player
