＜Responsibilities＞
Audit Compliance:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processe
Monthly Closing Activities:
- Lead and execute month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review financial statements and reports for completeness and accuracy.
Financial Record Management:
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and improve financial record-keeping processes.
Budgetary Oversight:
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide insights and analysis on budget variances.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize financial performance.
- Implement strategies to improve cash flow efficiency.
Team management
- Supervise, motivate and develop accounting team
- Keep good relation with internal departments and external clients
＜Requirements＞
Mandatory:
- Experience in audit compliance.
- Proven expertise in conducting month-end closing activities.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in accounting within the travel agency industry.
- Background in accounting within a Japanese multinational company.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and tools.
