Administrative Support is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas. Specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals. Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports.


Job Description

1. Process Customer/ Account Maintenance requests for Individual Customers

2. Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement

3. Adhoc duties, as assigned
