The company deals with M&E & Ducting works for commercial projects and are looking at expanding our work force.
Looking to hire an Experienced Project Manager with ample experience relating to ducting works and/or electrical works for residential and commercial projects.
The applicant would be required to have at least 5 years of related experience in the related works.
The primary role of the applicant would be to secure jobs and be able to work independently to negotiate on the quotations and contracts.
The secondary role of the applicant would be the ability to read the construction drawings and plan the works accordingly.
Due to the nature of work being in the construction industry, occasional overtime work and occasional work on Sundays would be required. Rest days in lieu would be provided.
