Job Description:
- Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including but not limited to file arrangement, file archiving, data management, etc.;
- Assist the live broadcast team with daily work, video editing, etc.;
- Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the company's internal office equipment;
- Assist the Human Resources Department in following up on the recruitment process;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company;
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above, administrative management and other related majors are preferred;
- More than 1 year relevant work experience, with certain administrative work experience and management ability;
- Proficiency in office software, such as Excel, ME, Power Point.
- Have good communication, coordination and teamwork skills;
- Meticulous and serious work, strong sense of responsibility, good ability to resist pressure and self-motivation;
- Able to communicate with colleagues in Chinese;
