Immigration Consultant Job Description

We are hiring individuals who have the aspiration to help others in fulfilling one the most important life decisions – migrating/studying to another country. With 20 years’ experience in the immigration industry, we know what it takes to fulfill this aspiration.

We are looking for like-minded people to join our growing team in Singapore. You should possess these qualities.


Main Responsibility:

  • Provide professional, timely and accurate migration advice to clients regarding visa options and other related immigration issues to ensure compliance.
  • Efficiently prepare complete and accurate applications for visa filing, in accordance with the Utrust Immigration process and in respect of contractual and internal KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients as well as meet service level requirements.
  • Attend, present and manage client’s needs and requirements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Self-driven, resourceful and independent
  • Excellent communication and bilingual writing skills
  • Well know China market will add advantage
  • Diploma and above in any discipline
