Responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with management to shape the vision and implement strategies for the Business Unit (BU).
· Identify business opportunities and analyze industry trends to create effective business roadmaps.
· Contribute to the development and presentation of proposals for business development.
· Engage in sales and marketing activities to build a robust pipeline and establish a clientele base.
· Ensure the profitability of the BU's operations.
· Develop an execution plan for the efficient delivery of business services, prioritizing quality.
· Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with customers, including C-level executives.
· Understand customer businesses and create service offerings that meet their needs.
· Identify and cultivate partnerships to drive BU growth.
· Perform resource planning and allocation to meet business objectives.
· Foster the growth and mentorship of the team.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of BPO experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
· Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting and HR processes, with knowledge of outsourcing complexities.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
· Self-driven, results-oriented individual with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
